Amanda Bridges, LPC, LCPC, NCC, CFRC

Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified First Responder Counselor. She received her Masters in Counseling with a Specialization in Forensic Psychology from Adler University. Amanda has more than a decade of experience working with clients who have experienced significant trauma; from victims of abuse, to survivors of human trafficking, to first responders. Her extensive work in correctional and law enforcement settings, as well as community mental health and private practice, means she understands the unique stressors life can bring in any setting at any time. In addition to working with trauma, Amanda has experience working with clients with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, life transition, and clients in immediate mental health crisis.

The Office

At Bridges Counseling, we strive to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to engage in the therapeutic process. Appointments are available both in-person and via telehealth on a HIPAA secure platform. Clients can expect their first session to last approximately 60-90 minutes with subsequent sessions lasting approximately 45-60 minutes. We accept insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lucet, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Triwest. We also accept self-pay.
